It is exciting to see how much more can be achieved if a workshop or strategy day is<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disclosure-closed; color: #016cb6;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #444551;\">clerverly prepared,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444551;\">and tightly structured, and when you let the participants<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #444551;\">and really let the participants work.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of course I give the whole thing structure and content, that\u2019s what I\u2019m there for. But the most important thing is the work with each other, the interaction between you and the other participants. That\u2019s where I\u2019m primarily a moderator and facilitator, with only occasional input.<\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019ve ever seen a top executive tie on a tablecloth to save the world and the company as a superhero, then you know that workshops can be fun.
